Unwined Your Event!

During my first trip to France in 1997, I was introduced to the gastronomic delights of food and wine pairings. This experience of tasting wine in the “old world tradition” created a spark that became a passion driven by the desire to learn, share and advocate for great affordable and sustainable wines from around the world.

For over 15 years my discovery and knowledge of wines has expanded through working at retail wine shops and wine bar; founded and managed a community wine club; organized and facilitated on-site private tastings at restaurants and wineries. Leveraging this experience to pass the WSET2 exam and my corporate experience to launch new products and services, sets the stage to launch It’s time For Wine (iTFW).

With iTFW, every wine tasting event will include a distinctively curated selection of wines that are presented and sampled in a simple, educational format without the confusing wine industry jargon.

As a bit about the regions and wine making philosophies are explored, a personal discovery of the sensory and intellectual experience of wine emerges when coupled with good food, good conversation and good fun!
